Level 1 (Urgent) - Critical production outage or data loss affecting all users, up to (Issues concerning an instance unavailability, global services unavailability, content unavailability)
Level 2 (High) - Major functionality or performance malfunction affecting many users (Issues concerning eWizard internal services unavailability or malfunctions that affect functionalities usage for many users and there is no workarounds)
Level 3 (Medium) - Issues affecting part of the functionality or some users (Content editing issue within certain user's account or concerning specific content, permissions issues for specific user and there is workarounds)
Level 4 (Low) - Consultancy services, software errors that do not affect performance of its functions (user guidance, issues caused by incorrect usage of eWizard Functionalities)
Describe your issue. What are you trying to achieve? Does the problem occur every time you perform the same type of operation, or randomly? Does this issue affect any other users?
